Malawi

Malawi, officially the Republic of Malawi, is a landlocked country in southern Africa, bordered by Zambia and Tanzania on the west, Mozambique on the east, south, and southwest. It spans over 118,484 km2 and its capital (and largest city) is Lilongwe. Known as the warm heart of Africa because of its friendly people, it has been dubbed “The Warm Heart of Africa.”

Mozambique

Mozambique, officially known as the Republic of Mozambique (República de Moçambique), is a country located in south-eastern Africa bordered by the Indian Ocean to the east, Tanzania to the north, Malawi and Zambia to the northwest, Zimbabwe to the west, and Eswatini and South Africa to the southwest. The capital and largest city is Maputo. The Ruvuma River flows in the northern parts of the country and enters the Indian Ocean at Ruvuma Bay.

Tanzania

Tanzania is located east of Africa’s Great Lakes north of Mozambique and south of Kenya, it has a coastline at the Indian Ocean in the east. The nation is bordered by six other African countries: Burundi, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Malawi, Rwanda, Uganda, and Zambia, it also shares maritime borders with the Comoros and the Seychelles. It has shorelines at three of the Great Lakes: Lake Victoria, Lake Tanganyika and Lake Nyassa (Lake Malawi). The Ruvuma River raises from the Matagoro Mountains in south-eastern of the country and flows eastward into the Indian Ocean.
